I can't speak highly enough of Steve!

Steve helped me and my brother purchase our first home in Gilbert while renting in Chandler. We met at an open house he was hosting in Gilbert, and he was absolutely wonderful! We had gone to so many open houses and were ignored by the agent. Maybe they thought we were too young or not serious about buying a house. Steve made no such judgments and was the first person to actually talk to us and find out what we were looking for. My brother and I were first-time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing or where to even begin, but Steve was always so kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand and was always there for my late-night texts, early morning emails, and endless questions. He worked just as hard as we did to find our perfect home! His finance partner, Alicia, helped us clean up our credit so we could qualify for the loan. Steve even came up with an offer strategy to have the seller cover our closing costs. He even went above and beyond after we bought our house, giving us a thoughtful gift and a handwritten card!
